Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Playlist Pilot, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies that apply to your use of Google and YouTube services.
2. Service description
Playlist Pilot helps users search for YouTube videos, assemble a proposed playlist based on artists and preferences, review the results, and create the approved playlist in the user’s connected YouTube account.
3. Google and YouTube terms
Playlist Pilot uses YouTube API Services. Your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, Google policies and any rules shown during OAuth authorisation. Playlist Pilot is independent and is not endorsed by Google or YouTube.
4. Accounts and authorisation
You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for maintaining its security. You must only authorise accounts you are permitted to use. You may revoke access at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, circumvent quotas or access controls, create spam, interfere with the application, use automated methods beyond provided functionality, infringe third-party rights, or use Playlist Pilot in violation of law or YouTube policies.
6. User content and playlist actions
You choose the artists, required songs, playlist title, visibility and final video selection. You remain responsible for the playlists you create and share. Playlist Pilot does not grant ownership or licences to third-party music or videos.
7. Availability and changes
The service depends on third-party APIs, quotas, authentication systems and video availability. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued, and results may differ when videos are removed, restricted or unavailable.
8. No guarantee
We aim to provide useful results, but do not guarantee exact playlist duration, uninterrupted access, perfect song matching, continuous API availability, or that every selected video can be inserted into a playlist.
9. Intellectual property
Playlist Pilot’s software, branding and original interface elements belong to DigiStrikes or its licensors. YouTube content, trademarks and metadata belong to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiStrikes will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, third-party services, unavailable videos, account restrictions or data loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination
You may stop using Playlist Pilot at any time. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce policies or prevent abuse.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version, where permitted by law.
